All job listings posted by employers are completely anonymous. Company names and identifying details are hidden from candidates until they accept a CoNCT request. Employers have exclusive access to profiles of relevant candidates, with no public visibility of job postings to ensure privacy.

2. Candidate Anonymity

Candidate profiles remain anonymous throughout the matching process. Only general professional details (e.g., years of experience, skills) are shared with employers. Personal information, including name, contact details, and current employer, remains confidential until the candidate accepts a CoNCT request.

3. Mutual Consent for Identity Disclosure

The identity of both the employer and the candidate is revealed only after mutual consent, occurring when the candidate accepts the employer’s CoNCT request. Until then, both parties remain completely anonymous.

4. Controlled Contact Sharing

Employers can only view a candidate’s contact information after the candidate has explicitly accepted their CoNCT request. This includes phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact details. Candidates retain full control over when and to whom their contact details are shared.

5. Secure Multi-Channel Communication

CoNCT requests are delivered through multiple secure channels such as email, WhatsApp, and SMS. No sensitive data is disclosed in these initial communications. All interactions between employers and candidates occur within the secure environment of Hire22.ai until mutual consent is provided for direct contact.

6. Data Encryption and Security

All data on the Hire22.ai platform, including job postings, candidate profiles, and communications, is encrypted and stored securely. Access to sensitive data is restricted, ensuring that no unauthorized personnel can view or retrieve personal details.

7. Control over Profile Visibility

Both employers and candidates can manage the visibility of their information. Candidates can choose whether to respond to CoNCT requests, and employers decide which profiles they wish to connect with. Users can withdraw from the process at any time without their identities being disclosed.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Users can request to have their profiles and all associated data permanently deleted from Hire22.ai. Once deleted, no traces of their personal or professional information will remain on the platform. Hire22.ai retains only anonymized data for internal reporting and compliance purposes, ensuring that no personally identifiable information (PII) is retained.

9. No Public Disclosure
