Note: Hire22.ai is not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers or job offers extended to candidates.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Create an account with accurate information.
- Have legal authority to enter into employment agreements (for employers).
- Have the legal right to work in the geographic area for which you are applying (for job seekers).
3. Account Registration & Security
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain and promptly update your profile.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
- Notify Hire22.ai of any unauthorized use or suspected security breaches.
Note: Hire22.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Services for Employers
As an employer, you agree to:
- Post accurate and detailed job listings for mid & senior hiring and executive hiring.
- Use the Platform for legitimate recruitment purposes, including anonymous hiring practices.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including the DPDP Act 2023, during the hiring process.
Employer Responsibilities:
- Job Listings: All job listings must be accurate, complete, and comply with applicable law. Any misleading or incomplete information may lead to the removal of the listing.
- Fair Hiring Practices: Employers must follow non-discriminatory hiring practices and evaluate candidates based on merit.
- Payment: Certain features or services may require payment. Employers agree to pay any applicable fees at the time of service selection.
5. Services for Job Seekers
As a job seeker, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information regarding your qualifications, experience, and contact details.
- Use the Platform solely for seeking employment opportunities, including anonymous hiring roles.
- Understand that Hire22.ai does not guarantee job placement or any specific employment outcome.
Job Seeker Responsibilities:
- Profile Accuracy: Ensure that your resume, experience, and qualifications are accurate and up to date.
- Job Applications: Apply only for jobs that match your qualifications. Hire22.ai is not responsible for any decision made by employers based on your application.
6. Connection and Communication Features
Hire22.ai facilitates instant communication between employers and job seekers to streamline the hiring process. However:
- The 22-hour target is a goal, not a guarantee. Employers retain control over their hiring processes, and Hire22.ai is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
- Maintain professional conduct in all communications facilitated through the Platform.
7. Subscription, Fees, and Payments
For Employers:
- Subscription Plans: Some features are available only through paid subscriptions. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Platform.
- Refunds: Fees paid for subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but refunds may be issued at Hire22.ai’s discretion for service failures.
For Job Seekers:
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Post misleading, inaccurate, or false information.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Disrupt or interfere with the Platform’s functionality.
- Use automated systems to access or use the Platform.
Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Hire22.ai. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
10. Privacy
